CANCELLATION AND CHECK IN POLICY
A 24-hour notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellation of your appointments. If you fail to provide us with a 24-hour notice, a $50.00 fee will be added to your account. If you purchased a Groupon and do not show for your appointment, the voucher will be redeemed (see groupon policy below)
Please arrive at the time of your scheduled appointment. There is no need to arrive early because your scheduled slot was created with plenty of time for a consultation, to fill out any forms, receive numbing cream when necessary and enjoy a complimentary beverage.
GLOW Med Lounge prides itself on offering VIP service. We want to ensure that every patient is honored with this luxury experience. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee your full service time. Please ensure time to allow for locating the office.
To provide the best experience, we ask that you please silence your cell phone. Children and guests are not permitted to come with you to your appointment. you are not allowed to bring anyone into the treatment room with you. This is for their safety, your privacy, and our liability. if you arrive with children, you will be asked to reschedule and will be charged the cancellation fee.
Restylane vouchers are for regular restylane only and can only be used in certain areas. please contact us to find out where!
Using Groupon is a marketing strategy for businesses to get new clients in the door by offering amazing discounts off of their products or services. Groupon takes a very large cut from the purchase, so small businesses typically lose money by redeeming vouchers. When using Groupon for marketing, it is our hope that you enjoyed your service and will return.
Because of this, Groupon vouchers are only allowed for new customers, and only one voucher per person. Don't worry! We have new client specials with lower prices than the advertised Groupon in hopes that you will purchase the service directly through us so that we don't lose. We have bills too! We also honor any special discounts you might receive through Groupon, as long as you provide proof of the price by bringing a screenshot of the sale price.
If you purchased a Groupon, we redeem vouchers 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours, or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged a $50 rebooking fee and/or may have to pay the difference of the groupon loss. This fee is mandatory because that time is reserved specially for you and we lose money when you do not show for your appointment.
Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer that time slot to other customers. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that you can be treated that day.
We also will no longer be accepting Groupon vouchers on the weekend. This is our busiest time and we are now reserving those appointments for our repeat clients and those paying directly through us.
